Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400°.
  2. Wash and chop broccoli up into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Toss broccoli with olive oil and garlic and spread onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
  4. Salt and pepper to taste and then roast in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes until broccoli is tender and beginning to brown. Serve hot.
